It was an awesome time guys. I want to thank everyone for putting BZF '07 together, I will be definitely going next year. I CAN'T WAIT!

I made it back! :D I wish I could say goldie made it back unscathed (little incident with a semi recap tire). Had a great time (as always). Jared was initiated properly for his first visit, as was canyoncarver and MGH (BZF n00bs are hazed bigtime)!! I personally want to thank Mike (MGH) and Keith (canyoncarver) for taking such a long drive to join us, it was great to finally put faces to the names! Another big thanks goes out to MGH for his contributions to the event! :D I didn't take many pics this year, as Jared and Paul (zbum) are the camera gods, and any pics I'd take would just be redundancy.... I'm sure zbum's pics will surface soon (God help us all, especially Jared).

It was a great event, I only wish more familiar faces could have made it.

Nah Mal, she's just mildly bruised.... There was a recap in the left lane as I was passing a truck, no shoulder, and noplace to go. It was laying flat, with one end sticking up. The piece sticking up slapped the lip and knocked a spot of paint off about the size of a quarter.... No damage to the fascia or anything else....

Mal, you're coming next year. Do whatever you have to do to plan it now.

Matt is a great guy. While his body kit is definitely not my cup of tea, I must commend him on the blood, sweat, and money he's put forth into that car. every time he drove by I'd catch a wiff of his burnt aviation fuel exhaust.......God that's a glorious aroma!

Ok, the way I put my comment was probably not the best way to put it. What I meant was that the look of Matt's car is definitely not in my taste, I love the look of stock Z's. I am sure he has put a ton of work into the car and I respect that, I just don't like the way it looks.

BTW, its not just tt.net that bashes on the catifish bumper, I see it here at 3ZC all the time.

Matt's car is god damn fast, I rode in it at low boost and it was simply violent. I know he hasn't dyno'd it, but it's certainly faster than my car by a couple notches. If I had to guess, I'd say power output is in the 600hp range. He is also about the nicest and most helpful z32 owner you will ever meet. The Nebraksa crew is absolutely awesome.

I got one vote for best z32 NA, I am happy, someone thinks my car is neato.

As far as "best looking z32 there" it certainly goes to Damone. His car is absolutely fantastic. It's so incredible and clean... and it's a daily driver. He had my vote for best in show. I know the running was tight and the car that won out was certainly awesome (the silver s30) but he was the winner in my heart.

Another one of my favorites of the show was the Silver z32 TT... winner of the "Zneaky" award. Best Sleeper. Looks bone stock but is certainly fast.

How do you know they aren't how he wants them? They may not be in the stock locations, but maybe they're exactly where he wants them.

BTW: I don't think the car looks that bad. And the fact that he drives the crap out of it makes me respect it all that much more.

Sorry about only getting Z31s at the car show. I was wandering around getting my fill of the show (as well as food) before taking pictures. I just finished taking pictures of the Z31s, and they called everyone to the pavilions for the awards. Had I known we were going to be waiting (not faulting anyone on this), I would have stayed with the cars while everyone else was finding seats. Of course, it really didn't matter much since a bunch of people decided to move their cars anyway and I would have missed them anyway.

I didn't get any pictures of it because it was so damn ugly. It was damn fast, but had the catfish bumper on it, veliside sides and rear, and a double-decker wing. It was so horrible looking. But they were people choice awards, so most of the people there saw the body kit and probably thought it was awesome.
