I won the MS exhaust mani's. I could not believe it when they called my number. I was standing by the door waiting on the last prize. We were about to make a quick dash to the car because we needed to get home. I kept telling myself that if I left I would always wonder if I would have won something.

I am glad we stayed.

I thought I may have been a shoe-in for the furthest distance travelled trophy. And I guess I was pretty close. Ramone (who was with AMS) drove his Dodge pick-up 1,077 miles whereas I drove my Z 1,074 miles.

Ray-Ray you were absolutely right. I guess I thought driving a Z might be a caveat, but it wasn't.

Next year we may specify that the winner must have their Z at the event. The past two years that trophy has been won by guys that didn't bring their Zs; being a Z owner was the only requirment. Aruba Dave set that precedent in 07 and seemed only fair because it was not practical for him to get his Z to the event. Maybe we just need two awards? Either way I didn't realize you drove almost as far as Ray I thought you were a few hundred miles closer. If we would've known it was that close, we would have given you the nod I think.

We do not mail out the score sheets typically. I have them in a file in my office though, if you'll PM your name and class you registered in I will get the info to you.
