View Full Version : VOTE for the November 2008 GROUP BUYS you want to see in the 3ZC STORE!

N20Z
10-15-2008, 04:56 PM
There will be two group buys next month! So the two products with the most votes will be on sale in the 3ZC store. Please vote on a product only if you are seriously interested in purchasing at a great price.

The 3ZC store is committed to bringing our members incredible deals on the quality Z products they want. Polls are held here to determine what products members want group buys on. New group buys will start around the beginning of each month and usually run to the end of the month. When products are taken out of the “Group Buy” box on the front page of the 3ZC Store they will no longer be available at the special group buy price. This will usually happen around the end of the month, but some products may be removed earlier if our suppliers sell out.

Only members of 300ZXCLUB.COM are eligible to participate in the group buys in the 3ZC Store. Special group buy prices are only available in the 3ZC Store through online ordering. Products on the 3ZC Store are not available for order by phone. The 3ZC Store offers support by email only at store@3zc.com .

Please do not contact our distributors or the product manufactures regarding product pricing, orders, or status of orders on the 3zc.com store. Please send all product and order inquiries to store@3zc.com . The special prices and group buys listed here are only available through the 3ZC Store and not directly through our site sponsors or the product manufacturers.

Unless otherwise stated, group buy orders will be shipped from our distributors within (10) days after the group buy ends. Many of the products may ship sooner, even before the group buy ends. After completing an order, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation and a tracking # will be added to the order comments. However the tracking # will not become active until the product actually ships. Customers will receive another e-mail when the order ships.

Members can place orders on the 3ZC Store with confidence. We only deal with proven vendors and do our research before including products in the store. We feature products that suppliers have in stock or are readily available. In the event that there is a back-order or delay in shipping an item, you have the option of a full refund immediately. 300ZXCLUB.com stands behind your orders and guarantees your satisfaction!

Yes, you either need to reweld the supporting brackets to fit the TT radiator or you need to have an adapter made (a plate that has pegs to fit in the NA holes but opening to allow the TT rad to fit in)

Still ... go COWLS!

At the Z1 site the AMS Radiator is marked down from 425 to 325. Would the GB be any cheaper then the 325? And on 300zx store it's 318.

btw: how long you been an ATC for? which Airport?By profession, I'm still ATC but haven't been actively employed as one for a few years. Because I'm semi retired from the Regular Air Force, I keep busy in the Reserves by being an Instructor/Supervisor in a training section that prepares our troops for overseas deployments. I teach Peace Support Operations, Communications, Land Navigation, First Aid and CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defence).
I switched from Infantry to Air Traffic Control in 1979. So being Air Force, I', not employed by any one ATC facility. I've controlled in various locations in Canada as well as Bosnia, Sinai and recently did a stint in Kandahar, Afghanistan working at the Airfield Base Ops.

Get these up I need the cowls by next weekend!!!!!!Yes please. These monthly GB's are turing into 3 week GB's. The cut-off date for end month is pretty strictly enforced, how about being timely with the opening of the GB at the start of the month. Wouldn't it be a novel concept to have every monthly GB start on the first day of the month and end on the last.
Sorry guys, but it looks like a pattern is developing.

We have a different Group Buy every month, so that appears to be a "Monthly Group Buy". Even after the voting is closed and the items are selected they have to be put together and priced. Something that doesn't happen over night.
One option could be to stop the voting 2 weeks early so we can get the items put together, priced and have them at 12:01 am at the start and run them the full month.

All in all I'd say we're doing a pretty good job of getting this all put together and out to everyone.

Have Patience.

I've been a member here for a few years but never very active until the last few months. I wish I had known about some of the great buys that have already been offered, but then that was my fault.

I think this is a great service to the members here, and if the pricing in the store for non-group buy items is attractive, I'll be sure to make those purchases as well.

It's proven to be a nice attraction all the way around. Glad to see you back. We've had a lot of older members coming back as a result of the 3zc store.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy what the store offers, all that is asked is to have all your profile information complete and proper. I've spread to word about the store to many smaller local sites.

Have Patience.Wow, did my post ever get taken out of context. I saw what I thought was in intent to be a monthly GB but in fact it's not exactly like that or intended to be like that. My mistake Steve.
If it takes 2 weeks prior to month's end to do the required coordination to be ready for the beginning of the month, then make it so.
I won't say I know a lot about the mechanics of this process but I'd say it should be fairly straight forward. The person/company behind the store (we know who we're talking about) already knows the cost factors from their own inventory and the inventory of his collective suppliers who are participating in the GB potentials. Those products submitted for voting already have a pre-determined GB price tag assigned to them, or at least there should be one. Final voting tallies taken at month's end will slightly nudge that final price figure if any which would take a day to sort out and maybe another day to finalize specific details. Selling by volume when the demand is there is key to success. Don't drag your heels to get this out to the consumer in a timely fashion. I'm sure "R" will concur with this.

TnkrsToyCo
11-07-2008, 09:52 PM
I just threw 2 weeks out there as an arbitrary time frame. Contrary to what you may think there is much more than one person and one company behind the GB's.

Should we cut back the time for voting then we'll have the same problem with people saying "I didn't have time to vote". The system as it is working appears to be working very well. Many of the items offered in the buys are always available at the regular price, should they be needed so desperately fast. Although it is great to save some money at the GB price, I know I have saved a lot with what I've purchased.

I'd like to be able to put the items up as everyone thinks we can, but that's just not how it works. Some months we've had them up almost immediately, some not so fast.
As far as dragging our heels don't believe that's the case at all. We are working on getting everything up as soon as possible.

Oh and by the way 2 of the GB's are listed in the store.
