View Full Version : VOTE for the March '09 GROUP BUYS you want to see in the 3ZC STORE!
There will be two or maybe three group buys next month! So the products with the most votes will be on sale in the 3ZC store. Please vote on a product only if you are seriously interested in purchasing at a great price.
The 3ZC store is committed to bringing our members incredible deals on the quality Z products they want. Polls are held here to determine what products members want group buys on. New group buys will start around the beginning of each month and usually run to the end of the month. When products are taken out of the “Group Buy” box on the front page of the 3ZC Store they will no longer be available at the special group buy price. This will usually happen around the end of the month, but some products may be removed earlier if our suppliers sell out.
Only members of 300ZXCLUB.COM are eligible to participate in the group buys in the 3ZC Store. Special group buy prices are only available in the 3ZC Store through online ordering. Products on the 3ZC Store are not available for order by phone. The 3ZC Store offers support by email only at store@3zc.com .
Please do not contact our distributors or the product manufactures regarding product pricing, orders, or status of orders on the 3zc.com store. Please send all product and order inquiries to store@3zc.com . The special prices and group buys listed here are only available through the 3ZC Store and not directly through our site sponsors or the product manufacturers.
Unless otherwise stated, group buy orders will be shipped from our distributors within (10) days after the group buy ends. Many of the products may ship sooner, even before the group buy ends. After completing an order, customers will receive an e-mail confirmation and a tracking # will be added to the order comments. However the tracking # will not become active until the product actually ships. Customers will receive another e-mail when the order ships.
Members can place orders on the 3ZC Store with confidence. We only deal with proven vendors and do our research before including products in the store. We feature products that suppliers have in stock or are readily available. In the event that there is a back-order or delay in shipping an item, you have the option of a full refund immediately. 300ZXCLUB.com stands behind your orders and guarantees your satisfaction!

We've presented these as an option before although they end up in the top 3 in votes.

These are not a very good GB option for several reasons.
1. It is an OEM part, and as we've mentioned before there is only so much room to discount OEM parts as many of the online retailers are already very competitive on pricing. Unlike many suppliers Nissan corporation doesn't give discounts for buying in bulk, all dealers pay the same price regardless if they buy 1 or 500.
Regardless of the packing, this part is prone to shipping damage which we aren't interested in being responsible for.
To avoid shipping charges and potential damage we'd recommend just going to your local Nissan dealer and ordering one. The Nissan part # is 26590-30P15. And Nissan list price is $177.83. Do not pay more than Nissan list price. Many unscrupulous stealerships mark parts up 10-20% over Nissan list (MSRP). Also open the box and look at it before you pay for it. A lot of them arrive to the dealerships cracked.

ehh. I'm not feelin the candidates for the March GB. The only one I could see people buying and actually needing is the STS.

Well shoot. This may delay my plans of buying my turbo kit this week. I was going to purchase a GT600R or GT675 kit, but if I can save some $$$ maybe I will wait! Go GT675s!

$2,784.00 with downpipes.
I would hope they would be discounted even more this time, if they win, because Sport 700 prices have come way down recently.
Nice choices this month of turbos and mani's! 3zc groupbuys were a great addition.

everything that I voted for and didn't go on GB I ended up buying at full price anyway. Don't need any of these. the AMS manis would be PRIME but I will probably have my engine in the car before march so... that really does me no good. I'm sure other people need this stuff though.

DANGIT!!! I need those turbos and I have been waiting for them to show up again...I didn't think it would be so soon. With so many other things lately I don't think I can afford. I mean I just got the AMS manis, 3" DP's, Powertrix Coilovers, etc etc etc. I need to go rob a big piggy bank.

I'm sooooo happy to see that the GB options are coming in combinations that make sense! ie: Upgraded Turbos and MANIFOLDS the SAME month..
In addition to the savings in the GB's; it makes allot of addition sense to sell things that go in logical order and or combinations that flow with what it takes to INSTALL them. So ONE pull, ONE easy to reach install, and the easier stuff to install can be done with LESS of a PITA than other items..
YEAAAAAAAAH!
Now lets get some HIGHER dollar items up! Everyone keeps suggesting these cheaper nickel and dime items that though are cool... (CAN be bought ANYtime year round without breaking the bank!) So focus on the LARGER savings please..
Cheap LED's and short throw shifters etc... are a waste for a GB<<< THINK ABOUT IT.

^ya but then again gt675 + mani in the same month is a bit too big to swallow. it would be better if its gt675 and next month mani or vice versa. anyways im leaning more for 725 so its not so bad lol.

On 2nd thought your right, if they are REALLY higher dollar items like Turbos and Manifolds that add up to mucho dinero, then yea.. having them month 1 month after the next is best for MOST buyers.. (Me included).
In this case, I already have my turbos inhand ready to go, just waiting on the 1piece driveshaft, a few knick knacks, and the manifolds next month while I prep for it, then bam! Its all going in..
But you get what I meant b4 about the combo's that make sense..
I wish more vendors did this to push there products and provide larger savings for the masses =-)

This is really going to suck if the manifolds win over the Turbos. Manifolds were up for group buy in last May, hasn't been a year yet. We all had to wait another year for the Turbos to come back, but they might lose to an item that by the rules, shouldn't be up for group buy again yet until May

Ugh, that means i need 740cc's and not 555's...and that in turn means i need plenum work, new style clips, then 5 bolt downpipes...ugh...
Too bad we can't get the JWT 530BB's or the AMZ Stage II's up there one of these months...

I know....but they're small enough where i could get away with the 555cc injectors and not have to worry about plenum and clip work...and i really don't need any more than 500whp...sure i would LOVE to have it, but it would just get me in more trouble than i need lol...

Just curious, why not offer NEW OEM rear subframe rubber spacers. I mean I mean personally I think the best combination for myself and many others is to keep the ride quality of OEM rubber while eliminating the wheel hop and stiffering the rear end a little with collars/spacers. But to me, putting a nice new spacer one 20 year old rubber would be kinda dumb as I know for a fact that the OEM rubber is old and worn out. Just my .02

Or you can do it with the Energy Suspension Poly Bushings. I agree, don't do a shortcut fix by using the spacers because in the end, you still have 20 year old rubber bushings in your subframe.

I wonder if/when the Turbos win how much cheaper they'll be than the $2700 or so they currently go for...i'm waiting to order my AMZ Stage II's i think until i see what kinda deal we get...
Is there any formula used to determine a percentage we save via the group buy, or is it basically determined on a product by product, month by month basis?

$2400 for GT675RS kit before price drop....are you joking? Look up the normal price. At Z1 they sell them for $2745. That is the same price they sold them for in the 3ZC store until just recently they jacked the price up to $2998 so it looks like you get "more savings" I guess....
They offered them in March 08 with a downpipe OPTION, same as now.

Hope you are just joking there Kevin, we have NEVER jacked up anything then discounted it to make it seem as you're getting a better deal. I, in fact find that insulting. We do the best we can to get the best deal for our members in the Group Buys.
A lot of the items have had a natural price increase. Those increases are out of our control.

while $2400 is a great deal on such high potential turbos, i probably won't be getting them since it's still $700 more than i need to spend. Just because something's on sale doesn't mean i NEED it lol...the AMZ Stage II's will be plenty enough power for me, and are more a price i'm comfortable with. I just know that with my luck, i'll buy them now and in a month or two they'll be on sale for a few hundred less than i paid...just like the JSpec bumper is now (i paid full price for one back in september or so :( )
