i do appreciate you taking time to get back to me though. i prefer your bluntness which tends to be straight to the point although it can be frustrating at times. im sure you deal with alot of ignorant people all the time so i dont blame you for having a short fuse about people like me bugging you directly to save time from spending hours staring at a computer screen trying to find the correct thread and hope that the people who posted it know what they are talking about
was just not trying to waste my money because although i desperately need an exhaust, i have 2 kids and my money could be better off being spent else where other than on a possible pos. i would have asked my father his opinion which would have been just as good but unfortunately he is in Europe for business and not reachable for a week.
Well i appreciate your input and am glad that i got one of the 2. hopefully one of the better for the price available. ive seen several different kinds of exhausts but have no experience with aftermarket exhausts and everything i read did say that msa or cm are pretty much the best options. i looked at the websites noted for cm and they had no available pictures for any of their exhausts for me to have an understanding on what type of exhaust it is as far as straight through, dual chamber or what have you so i turned to msa and they had a visual for me to look at. i read alot of peoples opinions but none of them are model selective which is why i sent you a url to see your personal opinion about that particular exhaust, not msa as a whole..im sorry for asking a personal question, now i know better to bother you with such simple questions.
Understand that I don't like getting asked personal questions about which there are multiple opinions. That's what the forum is for. You want to know which one is the best? It's up for debate. There are really only two options: MSA and CMPerformanceExhaust. They're both good.
i read through a lot of them last night and it gets to a point where it is more fulfilling and educating to ask an individual that has a lot of experience with these things, which as far as i understand from this site you are one of the more knowledgeable people on here.. figured that if i sent you a link that you could give me better input and kind of figured that since your name is on almost every educating thread that you joined this and took your position because you didnt entirely mind being bothered by less knowledgeable people..And i might have been wrong about you telling me about megan, which they do make an exhaust for z31 though i can not find the site anymore..dont mistake me as being snobby or rude please..maybe i was mislead in my assumptions..just remember that you have helped me in the past and dont want to take info from some ignorant person that thinks their opinion matters in a thread..
