Dunno why someone closed your gear oil thread, but:

I actually use
~.5-1 gallon of Mercedes Benz Anti-corrosion Anti-freeze
1 bottle of Redline Water Wetter
Fill the rest with *distilled* water.

You can use any green coolant of your choice instead. (The MB stuff is $20/gal)

You might want to flush your coolant system out before just putting this stuff in though.
(Takes a while, me and a buddy did it in ~ 1.5hrs the other day)

Just make sure the heater is on high while you're doing it, and have someone watching to make sure you're not overheating.
(And fill the overflow to its high point and check it the next day after driving.)
