I used a law school's direct quotations of cuts from the IRS code book to answer your questions. If you want me to go back to the actual book using the information on that page, I will. Tell me an acceptable source for the IRS code since you don't seem to like the law college's copy.

And the reason I say you never had any original thoughts of your own is because you can't answer the following questions:
What is illegal(unlawful) about Federal Income Tax?
How would you expect the government to function without an income?
How would you expect them to pay for ANYTHING without any money?
