I bought a 93 Vert last Sunday ( 5 days ago) from craiglist and a 72 year old british guy. He had owned the car for 10 years and had every receipt from his time and previous owner. The old guy had a recent oil change and new injectors.

I checked the oil dip stick at his house and it was full. I drove 200 miles this week ran great.

Today I drove 4 miles to store and the car was missing like fouled plug or coil on my BMW. My BMW also did this with a vacuum leak one time.

Anyway drove home the car smelled like gas and was missing worse. I was thinking the CAT was stopped up.

Turned off car 10 minutes later decided to try again. When I started the car black or blue not sure smoke came out exhaust. So I turned off car and checked oil dip stick ....NO OIL

Looked under car no oil on concrete. I was thinking maybe oil leaked out. Put in 3 qts to full still no oil under car. No oil leak.

Tried to start again and engine shook and and sounded like a grinding starter

Engine did not start so I stopped and ... I plan to AAA to the Z Car Garage on monday
