i just wanted to know if, do you have to use the stock manifolds heat shield with the 300ZX AMS manifolds? I see some people take it off , i see some people cut and fit them. I just want to know if there will be any problems with the stock manifolds heat shield off when installed on the engine ? I'm going to be using the AMS manifolds together with the Z1 GT525 turbos. With the heat shield off will the extra heat damage anything or will it be safer to use the stock heat shield ? Thanks.
