im haveing a problem when im slowing down my front right tire wants to vibrate almost like wheel hop feeling it does it erigardless if im braking or not and only occurs when i slow down to a stop.... Im pritty sure it might be visible when i get it up in the air just woundering if anybody has any input?

hello world.... I have a 1994 2+2 VG30DE THE ENGINE I JUST PUT IN HAS 5,000 MILES BRAND NEW i dont want to buy a clip becuase this engine is so rare with so little miles. So im doing my research i know n.a has commpression ratio of 10:5 and tt has 8.5tt what do i need to do to the block, piston bore, crank, heads, oil feed lines to the turbo? Can i stroke an n.a out get it strong enough to hold aftermarket twin turbos and skip stock turbos? I really need help and direction just keep in mind its 94 2+2
