Thanks man its still a work in progress. What is strange is, I am not vascular or extremely defined. nor am I huge. I weigh 227lbs.

I try to eat right, and thats about it along with the gym and running.

Your a beast! iceman is lucky you live so far away lol I know now not to get on your badside lol. Im going to use your numbers as inspiration to get back in the gym. Besides spring break will b here fast and I have to impress when I go to Miami.

Lol I haven't exercised in forever but I still got my muscles. The last I checked my bench was 185 and my squat 205. Not much but it's ok for someone who only weighs 155 lol. How about you?
