BZF '17, who's coming?
 

The last 4 years has been sucky rainy weather, cold, mediocre turnouts, and hotel changes....I didn't even go last year, the first time I ever missed since I began attending in 2005... I'm tentatively considering it this year, so who else is planning to be there (give me some motivation)? I don't do facebook or other social media with the rest of the sheeple, so don't bother saying "its on facebook"....show your old school interwebs pride and post about it here! :D

Its a possibility but I honestly haven't put much thought into going. I know we're planning on doing a leg of the power tour in June though so that would put things pretty close together.

We will be there, close, easy to get to, new hotel and venue was a welcome change.

Every year that I say I'm going to make it, I never do. Then the one year I say I'm not going to make it, I actually made it. So I probably maybe not but will sort of think about making it?

I am saving my vacation time and money for ZCON Austin which will be a few weeks later. Yes, ZCON is a LOT more expensive but a well run event overall.

Car is still in the shop. The front main seal has a bad leak. Getting the 120K timing belt kit done while he is in there.

Arriving Wednesday. The hotel is a welcome change.

I agree....the last one was a bit run down. The only thing I'd miss is the show venue on the same lot. I remember 2007 at the original hotel and the powers that be had the brilliant idea to host the show at Dogwood Canyon, (first year it was away from the hotel). It was a decent drive from the hotel....that really sucked early Saturday morning when attempting to recover from all the Friday night festivities/partying/hangover having to drive to the show venue.....and it didn't help that it was miserably hot that year too....

I don't drink like that anymore....but its still nice having the show in walking distance of the hotel.

I agree man! I think that was easily the best part about the last venue! Hell I had to have you drive mine down that one year!

And the bathrooms were a distance away, too. :(
