Funeral arrangements for Tony Mithelavage were just announced by Tony’s brother Mick. Per the Heart of America Z Car Club website:
“Visitation for Tony is Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 at Carson-Speaks Funeral Home at 1501 West Lexington Ave., Independence.

Funeral Mass will begin at 2:00 Monday afternoon at St. Mark’s Catholic Church at 3736 South Lee’s Summit Road, Independence.

We hope to have a few Z-cars in the procession to Mt. Olivet Cemetery at 7601 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Missouri.”
NOTE! Did you see the part about a Z/G procession? Hopefully, we can make this happen. Regardless, whether you attend the Visitation or Funeral, PLEASE make an attempt to drive your Z/G car. It would be a tremendous show of respect for a man who has earned it from each and every one of us. Monday’s forecast is 48 degrees and dry.
