Re: ZCON 2010 on TV
All - My Classic Car is interested in the older vehicles from the OEMs...that's the primary reason why the piece gravitated toward earlier generations.
Unfortunately, the team and I didn't have much input on the piece. Personally, I'm happy for the coverage, but also disappointed that so much was focused on such a small subset of the cars in attendance.

Re: ZCON 2010 on TV
I completely agree. They focused on cars that really had nothing to do with the history of the Z. Even when I was watching the filming at ZCon that year, I knew they weren't going to cover the Z much when they spent SO much time talking to the owner of the Datsun 2000 more than anyone else. What idiot goes to ZCon and fails to focus on the Z?... oh wait.

Why do you think SportZ became Nissan Sport-the Z crowd was not big enough to fully support the magazine, so it had to grow its readership to survive. For all but the true enthusiasts, Money guides the show!
