I think a lot of the $55 registration fee is for the t-shirt, car show trophies, ID badge, and goody bag. I won't be in the car show, I have plenty of my own ID badges, the WD-40 goody bag is donated free to him, so basically I'd be paying $55 for a t-shirt. Oh, and the $55 is for 2 people and I'm traveling solo.

I am a fan and supporter/contributor to Wounded Warrior but can write my own check to them and, hence, get my own tax write off.

I stand corrected. A t-shirt is NOT included even. He says he reduced registration rate by $10 to reflect that and he will have t-shirts available to buy BUT, at this point he doesn't know what he'll be selling them for.
