proxys have been banned from the site for the moment

Hi

With the exception of my "home pc". I've been getting the following response when I attempt to get to 3ZC - using my cell phone and via my PC at work. This just started occuring last week.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've cleaned out my cache .. but the problem persists.

Any ideas?
