What's Up L.I.B,

I have posted this question previously, perhaps in the wrong place. So, my question is again: I've been flagged from not being able to view the "rides" section of the forums. I've tried to copy some of the pics from that particular section, so I could put together a nice scrolling screen saver for my laptop. I get this message explaining that I attempted to alter someones' post/thread or something to that effect. I wouldn't do anything like that, being this is the most informative website I've encountered. How / who has the authority to lift this "lockout?" Please explain. Thanks In Advance.
