The pic of Latigo Canyon was taken by Jared from Kansas. His first sights of California were a cruise from LAX, up the coast on PCH, and then up and over Latigo. After first seeing the mountains, he said he had no idea that the mountains were so big. After starting up Latigo, he said, damn, I'm moving to California. I think he liked our littl go-kart roads.

Nah, we banzied past there and drove straight home to Cali. Next trip I promise. I did see the signs and the turnoff.

It's kind of funny looking at the two pics on the right. They almost look like they could go together. Yet the left pic has mountains in the background and the right pic has the ocean in the background.

The latest event on 08/23/08 included some indoor karting, cruising, a car show, and a little meet at the meet spot.
