if i want to get the JWT chip is it nesscary to get the entire ECU upgrade first or does it just plug into stock ECU? also does this reset the revlimiter or completely eliminate it?

him i wanted to ask u a question i installed a stage 2 clucth on my 91 tt but wen we put everything back something was wrong with the starter it just clicks and doesnt turn on the car and theres a nut on the starter like if a wire is connected to it but we couldnt find that wire and we think thats the problem i mean we push started the car and the cutch is fine and all but the starter just clicks and doesnt turn on the car
